Twenty one of our members made the journey to Capel-le-Ferne to partake in a strawberry cream tea including the Mayor and Mayoress of Ashford.

It was a glorious day, perfect to sit on the patio and enjoy the sunshine. The added bonus was that Folkestone Air Show was also taking place, and we were treated to some spectacular displays including the Red Arrows!

I am pleased to say that there was very little leftover at the end of the event as everyone did justice to the food
